We ship only within the UK.

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00).

Delivery times depend on order type and size:

Individual orders: 3–5 working days

Class or single school sponsor orders: up to 10–14 working days

Bulk sponsor orders: 14–28 working days, depending on quantity

Payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.

All payments are processed securely.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If not, you may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Exceptions & Notes by Order Type:

Individual orders: Standard 14-day return applies.

Class or single school sponsor orders: Returns or exchanges must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Bulk sponsor orders: Due to the size and custom nature, returns or exchanges must be reported within 14 days of delivery; please contact us to discuss options.

Additional exceptions:

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

Return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
